With degree in Computer Systems Analysis and working in the area since 1990, he participated in the Human Resources module localization in Brazil of SAP R/3 in the first pilot-project in 1998. He specialized in the module and acquired experience to meet the module’s specific demands in Brazil, both in implementation as in improvements and instructions. With this niche created by the market and the know-how obtained in projects such as Embraco, EMAE, Gaspetro, Henkel and Avantis Pharma among others, it was then decided to found HRDevelopers together with Kelson Mota Cavalcante, also with the same history with the module, having as the main objective the singularity in professional activities in SAP R/3 HR.
Kelson Mota Cavalcante
With degree in Computer Systems Analysis, he started working in SAP projects in 1998. In that same year, he specialized in programming techniques directed to the HR module. In May 2001 he joined with Alexandre Muniz to found the HRDevelopers to create the greatest and the best consulting company dedicated to the HR module in Brazil. Since then, he has been the instructor in ABAP Workshops, ABAP Query, Report Painter, Report Writer and ABAP HR. He participated in projects in more than 20 companies; among them are Sadia, EMAE, Embraco, Kaiser, Saint-Gobain Group, Coelba, GVT, Schincariol, Multibrás and Directv. He coordinated the upgrade process in 7 companies, where he was responsible for the migration of the ABAP programs. He developed products such as HRD Release Solutions, application program used in upgrades, Interface SAP with external payroll in XML, HRD Uptimizer, group of programs that improve data loads for the main infotypes, HRD Connect, software which provides employee information for visualization and alteration through the internet or intranet.

With degree in Computer Systems Analysis, he started working in designing processes for Human Resources in January 1997. He participated in projects for redesigning HR processes in great companies: Embraer, Unibanco Seguros, ABN Amro Bank and Companhia de Petróleo Ipiranga. In December 1997, he participated in the first Academy for Partners of the SAP R/3 system module for Human Resources. Full time activities in the following SAP R/3 HR projects: Alstom, EMAE (Primer SAP implementation of all the Human Resources sub-modules, including Time Management and Payroll System) Caribbean Star Airlines (Standford Group – project in the Caribbean using the English language). Part time activities in the following SAP R/3 HR projects: Festo, Bayer, Comsat (implementation of Personnel Administration, including Time Management and Payroll), Deicmar, Schincariol, Multibras (responsible for Time Management), Roche and Renault. He was the instructor in some well succeeded courses of the SAP R/3 system at SAP Brazil. These experiences allowed the technical management of the Directv Project for implementation of the SAP R/3 system, in the following countries: Brazil, United States, Mexico, Argentina and Venezuela. The implementation has its scope on all the Human Resources sub-modules, with the exception of payroll. The language used in the project was English and Spanish.
In August 2001, he accepted the challenge of being responsible for the Functional HR area at HRDevelopers.
Alexandre Azuma
CWith an Engineering degree at UNICAMP and specialization school in business management by FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas), he began to work on Human Resources area in 1997 in Itaú Bank. He started to work in various areas with planning, business strategy, due diligence and system development. In 2002 he worked on mySAP ERP HCM system during this tool implementation as key user of compensation and organizational management. In 2003 he worked as functional consultant in innumerous projects such as: CEMIG, GVT, Multibrás and Bradesco Bank, providing best market practices solutions using the HR business and corporative management expertise acquired previously in the compensation supervisor post. He was one of the consultant responsible for diagnose and optimize of unified HR process management of 6 countries in Latin America: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay in the migration project of Nestlé. In august 2007, he accepted the challenge to occupy a management position in HRDevelopers and share together with HRDevelopers shareholders the compromise to keep the same level of quality offered by them.
